Terms of Service

To guests at “Dog Resort Woof®”

Dog Resort Woof® works diligently to offer the best possible space and service for our guests and their dogs to share pleasant time together. In this regard, we would like to ask the guests to respect all the doggies and their owners so that everybody can have a pleasant time.

Requirements:

Guests can stay overnight with their dogs or can have a day use. Please register accordingly at the front desk.
Please refrain from accompanying dogs of other people than the guests themselves.
One owner (junior high school age or above) can accompany up to three dogs.
Dogs are accepted only when the owner can be in control of them.
Guests are accepted only when they can follow the rules and manners of the terms of service as well as rules at each facility.

Restriction for dogs :

Dogs that apply to the following are not accepted at Dog Resort Woof®:

Bitches in heat and those within two weeks after that.
Pregnant dogs.
Dogs that have not been vaccinated for rabies.
-It includes the dogs that passed one year or more from the last vaccination and also
-those within 14 days after vaccination.
-Please present certificate of the vaccination of rabies or a dog tag.
Dogs that have not been vaccinated (3 kinds or more) for infectious diseases.
Dogs with viral and/or bacterial infection.
Dogs infected with the parasites that could spread to other animals. (flea, mite, filarial, intestinal parasite and others)
Dogs that developed infectious skin disease.
Dogs that have a risk of chasing, attacking, or biting other guests and/or dogs.
Dogs that have a risk of bothering other guests and/or dogs with excessive barking and others)
Dogs with injury. (Except those that we admit. )

Rules and Manners:

Owners are always requested to be with his/her dog so that the dog does not bother other dogs. (Please do not let the dog move around alone.)
Please be sure your dogs are controlled on lead at all times except in the off-lead zones.
Dogs that do not come to the owner when called are requested to be on-lead even in the off-lead zones including dog run, dog pool and guest room.
For both male and female dogs, please immediately stop mounting to people and to dogs.
Please do not allow your doggie to bother other guests and dogs by chasing, excessive barking, biting, attacking or others.
Brushing the doggie is allowed only in designated areas in the facility.
In case the doggie defecated/urinated indoors (except the dog toilet), please be sure to so inform the staff.
In case the doggie defecated outdoors in our facility, we would request the owner to pick it up and drop it in the designated waste bin.
In case the doggie urinated outdoors in our facility, please wash it off with water. We would offer water in a plastic bottle at registration for you to use after excretion of your doggie.
Please do not go out of our facility leaving your doggie behind. Please be sure to accompany the doggie with you.
Please refrain from playing music/BGM of your own in our facility. (Except when the facility is reserved exclusively.)
Smoking is accepted in the designated area only. Whole facility except the smoking area is non-smoking.
Please refrain from any behavior to startle dogs such as uttering loud voice and others.
When you are with a child/ children, please always keep your eye on him/her in our facility.
When you touch other dogs, please so tell the owner and have agreement beforehand. Please pay particular attention on children in this regard as not all the dogs can necessarily be nice to children.
When you carry the dog food with you, please feed your doggie in a designated place in the guest room. (Treats are not applied to this rule.)
Bidding, soliciting, business and other conducts to inconvenience people in the facility are strictly prohibited.
We may ask the guests to leave the facility when he/she does not follow the rules/manners.
In case of soiling and/or damage caused by the dog, we may ask the owner to compensate for the cost of repairing/cleaning.
Your understanding would be appreciated that we would not be responsible for any trouble or injury to dog/dogs in our facility. Only those who agree upon the above will be admitted to our facility.

Note:

“Facility” referred to in this “Terms of Service” covers each facility in the hotel, dog pool, dog run, and parking lot.
When you would use the facility with your dog, we would ask you to confirm those terms and sign the agreement.
