R・plan Inc. as a managing company of the Dog Resort Woof® (hereafter called R・plan) recognizes the security and protection of information of customer as its significant responsibility and will work diligently to comply with the laws and regulations related to protection of personal information (hereafter called Act on the Protection of Personal Information and others) and to supervise such information properly.
Use of Personal Information:
R・plan may use personal information that is provided to us for either of the following purposes. Such information may be shared with Red Heart Inc., an organization related to R・plan. Personal information registration is optional for the email newsletter and no inconvenience will occur to customers who do not register such information. Email addresses provided to us will be used for delivery of email newsletter and personal information that optionally provided to us will be used as information for the production of contents of email newsletter and web page.
Personal information will be used: to deliver goods purchased, to deliver materials related to seminars, to provide information about goods and seminars, to deliver email newsletter, as information for contents of our web pages, to offer coupons and other service, to deliver inquiries about goods and services, to answer questions and correspondence regarding complaints, to provide information to campaign/event applicants and other correspondence.
In case any change is made to the list above, we will contact beforehand in person or publish accordingly except when such change is justified under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information.
Providing Personal Information to the Third Parties:
R・plan will not provide personal information to the third parties except for the following cases:
*Upon agreement of the person concerned.
*When the person concerned is considered to have possibility of violating other person’s or R・plan’s right and benefit and is not likely to allow us provide his/her personal information to the third party and also when there is justifiable reason to provide personal information to the third party under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information.
Disclosure of Personal Information Possessed by R・plan, and Others:
In case disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, stoppage of use or elimination (hereafter referred to as disclosure and other procedures) of personal data possessed by R・plan is requested, R・plan will handle such request accordingly only when the requester or his/her deputy is confirmed in the following manner. Exception for the handling will be the case that there is justifiable reason under Act on the Protection of Personal Information to reject the request.
As for the registration for email newsletter service, changes and/or cancellation by the person concerned will be accepted anytime.

1.Documents/information required:

Application for disclosure or other procedures of personal data：Please fill in and seal with “jitsuin”
*Inkan-shomei (certification of officially registered “inkan (seal)”
*Photocopy of an official document such as a driver’s license or a passport.
In case the application is submitted by a deputy in commission,application for disclosure or other procedures of personal data(written by the deputy with his/her seal), proxy (with “jitsuin” seal of the person concerned), photocopy of official document such as a driver’s license or a passport of the deputy are required. In case an attorney works as a deputy, please add the bar register number. We may confirm with the person concerned about the commission. In case the application is submitted by a legal deputy (parent or spouse),application for disclosure or other procedures of personal data(written by the legal deputy with his/her jituin seal), Inkan shomeisho of the legal deputy, a full copy of the said person’s full family register, and a photocopy of a driver’s license, passport or other official document of the deputy are required.
2.Charge :
For the request for the purpose of the use of information in our possession or for disclosure of personal information in our possession, it is requested that postal stamps equivalent of \1000 per one case are enclosed with the documents described above.

R・plan works diligently to protect personal information but at the same time such information of customers is requested to be published under his/her own responsibility.
Our email newsletter or website has some links to other websites. Handling of personal information of such links is requested to be confirmed by the customer separately. Website and/or services of the third party that has website and service that has an access through our website and/or email newsletter or those that collect information by means of their sales promotional activities including lottery have their own rules about privacy and rules for collection of information separate from those of R・plan. R・plan bears no responsibility or obligation to such separate rules, regulations and activities. R・plan bears no responsibility and be exempted from any compensation for any harm that it’s customer may have by use of our website and/or email newsletter for access to the said links.

For the purposes described above, we will use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) for personal information provided by our customer via our website or by our email newsletter in order to protect the data transmission.
